Yeah but if you put too much oil through a motor that will not take that flow you're creating Heat!!! The ratio is perfect for a 1.6 engine 1 to 1 ratio from motor to axles with 5.9 cubic inch motor, does not create heat at all

The Eaton 11 is a hydrostatic pump it connects directly to the hydraulic lines, the one that you thinking about using with Drive shafts is called the Eaton 11 hydrostatic transmission. I built a Alco FA-2 with a Kohler 8 HP coupled to a Eaton 11 hydrostatic pump with a chair Lynn 5.9 cubic inch motor on each truck in series, 3 gallon oil tank for cooling! The Eaton 11 pump has acceleration valves for forward and reverse for smooth starting and stopping, never had a problem heating...

Your welder is fine just need to get new .035 flux core wire you should be able 3/16 with no problem!! I have an old Craftsman welder 120 voltage and it has no problem welding1/4 to 3/8 without a problem !! As for Duty Cycles yeah it's 20% but I've gone far beyond that the little welders built like ...

The Harbor Freight cheapest welding helmet just leave them out in the sun and it recharges the batteries I've had mine for 5 plus years no problems, just used it this weekend

Finally made up my mind after the four blanks are were roughed out! Easier just to cut a recess on the backside of the wheel .250 deep so able to hold in three jaw Chuck instead of trying to buy another Chuck. outside diameter is turned to 7 1/2 in finished diameter will be at the flange 7.250, also...

Three down one to go then we need to figure out how to hold them in my little 9 inch South Bend so I can bore out the center to 1.250". I did consider having them plasma cut out but I didn't want to surface the front or back of them just because of possible warpage??
