Little update my full-size Plymouth has been moved to Como Roundhouse Museum that I donated to last year so that means I am able to get back to build of this one

Is your Arbor a 1in Arbor and do you know the exact RPMs output of the saw if so? I bought a carbide Diablo 10 in blade from Home Depot or Lowe's need to match RPM's. I cut through 2x4 tubing 3/16 wall in probably 10 seconds and the metal is not even hot but you can touch it

Yes in my opinion look up on YouTube Fireball tool Go Kart wheel belt sander that thing can eat a file in seconds shows no sign of wear!. So you can kind of say I'm sold on them

Well that all depends on the diameter of of the End Mill you're going to use, when I cut aluminum on the bandsaw , I use a metal cutting blade but it's on a wood bandsaw Delta Rockwell that is so I don't reduce the speed at all same RPM as wood Cuts like butter

The threaded part has two more holes in 10 or 15 degree rotate that assembly should expose the two new screws there are two set screws on top of where the holes are also they retain the screws that work in the cam

Just to let everybody know the four aces that is in the Canton museum is Roy Johnson's, also Northeast Ohio live steamers has another member that has a 3/4 scale 4 aces that his father built very nicely detail locomotive and a good runner!, And I believe Brian keim has Sandy Jenkins 1.5 scale 4 aces...
