WTD: Armature for a Servo 140?

I have a Servo 140 that was given to me. There is a "flat" spot on the armature. I polished the commutator and cleaned the brushes. It worked great for about 30 seconds. It will stop on the "dead" spot and won't run again unless I turn the motor past the bad spot. Anyone have a g...

BDI is what I used. Though its probably an old release now. Might need your advice as/if I ever progress on the project!

Logging Out

As someone else noted, if you don't click LOGOUT and just close the window or browse a different site and come back, you don't have to log back in IF you clicked the REMEMBER Me box when you logged in initially.

Have you tried playing with the FLAT and THREAD buttons on the upper right. Figure out which you like best and set it that way in Display preferences in MY HOME.
