Roy,The small 120 volt welders just are kind off short on power to weld aluminum.Plus it's a pain in the neck to feed without spoolgun.The hd model,and the T models are ok.The sp135 plus,and the sp175 plus are the nicest welders in that arc range.I have been beating up the guys over at the hobart-mi...
