Pneumatic control
Hi All, we are controlling a double acting actuator with a MAC 45A-AA1-DDBA-1BA valve, how would be the best way to deal with the exhaust, planning on 2 flow control valves on the actuator.
ThanksIf it ain’t broken keep working on it until it is .

Re: Pneumatic control
Pipe the exhaust to the outside of the box. Might want a silencer or diffuser depending on the noise.

+ Be sure rain or other outside water cannot enter the tube.
Diffusers also keeps bugs out.
We have what we call mud daubers that get into everything and cause pluggages.

Too many things going on to bother listing them.

Dealing with the exhaust? You have a muffler in place already exhausting into a vented enclosure. What more to you think you need? You say your going to add flow control valves but you already have them in the picture. Did you ever get the crossing gate to operate to your satisfaction or does it still bounce badly?
