Thanks. I started 2018 by getting to bed early, and today I got up and had country ham and fresh biscuits.
Every hard-fried egg began life sunny-side up.

Happy New year to all.
b4autodark: I was going to complain that it is 7° here and I don't want to work in the garage shop, then I read your message and decided that maybe it wouldn't be so bad overall. -27° is a bit much.

earlgo: we have had several mornings in a row below -20 here in west central Minnesota and it is getting tiresome to say the least, but I haven't had to swat a mosquito for at least a month.

A few sub-zero (F) degree mornings here. Makes me very happy to be able to work at home.

I talked to my manager in Amsterdam Tuesday morning -- he commented that -4° F was -20° C, and that the last time he'd experienced that was while skiing in the Alps.

Stay warm, my friends.
