Saved email replies

There is an option on the email reply page for saving the replies. I just did that but now can find no indication of where to see the saved reply. Are they actually saved where the sender can review them?

From the menu at the top of the page, select "My Home", In the message box, you will see a category for "Sent Private Messages" Cick on the title and you should see a list of messages.
