How does one get the preferences to stick from one visit to the next? I have set up to view in flat mode and it is never remembered. I have to go to each message that I open up and click "Flat" to get all the replies shown.
On a related note, why don't the messages I've previously read show up as having been read. I get part way through a thread, only to finally remember (senior moments are coming more often) that I had already read it.

Get community help here, post test messages, suggestions etc. I will also document here changes that take place such as maintenance and upgrades.
