I saw on the bottom of this thread, both pages, there is a text box for quick reply.

I do not see this in other threads, so I was curious if it is intentional...?

I've noticed that as well and wondered why some have it and others don't.

I don't know that I can answer that one. I was aware that one of them was a feature made available when the sub-forum was added. That tells me that it's a feature that can be chosen. As I try to not make those decisions, deferring to the owner or the board administrator, I have not researched the possibility. Perhaps one of them can address the question.
