If you are referring to the thing that adapts the 5 morse-ish spindle diameter to the 5C collet, they are called collet sleeves.

Using that terminology, you might be able to snag one on ebay, but it won't be cheap.

There is someone selling ones that look shop made. You would probably want to ask if they are hardened and ground, and not just turned (you could turn one yourself).

Randal, I may have what your looking for,but not 100 % sure. I have a JFK 5C collet sleeve, It measures 1.623" at the large end of the taper, and has the # 30
stamped on the inside edge of the sleeve, I was told it was off of a heavy ten,But I have no way of verifying that.
I also have another one, also JFK, 1.750" at the large end of taper.with the #86 stamped on the inside edge. I tried to contact JFK, But they were of absolutely no help, Didn't want to be bothered, only wanted to sell new ones.
Maybe someone in the peanut gallery will have a JFK sleeve on their heavy ten, and verify the JFK stock number.
They're both in good shape,no rust. dave, [acme thread]

Acme. The one my buddy has measured 1.635 on big end and 1.540 on small he said it’s a no.5 Morris
I have the threaded collar for taking it out
Do you think yours would fit
Thanks

Randall, Your guess is as good as mine, I remeasured again, I got 1.626" on the large end,and 1.519" on the small end;over a distance of 2.080"
All measurements taken with a fairly new Mitutoyo 9" caliper, The ones I use mostly,So I'm confident in them, I would measure the mouth of your spindle, As long as your spindle opening is close, and a little smaller than 1,626" it may work.
I suppose there's a lot of variation in heavy tens depending if you have the threaded spindle,or the D-1-4.
This particular JFK sleeve came with a #5 Morse to #2 Morse sleeve for a center, that has a large diameter of 1.632" dave [acme thread]
