Weathervane project

Post by Gadget » Sun Sep 04, 2011 8:45 pm

I've been working on this off and on for awhile. I finally put the final touches on it today. CNC plasma cut the bike and letters, TIG welded the parts together. I spent more time thinking about how to do it right than actually working on it.

Very nice!

Hope it's well secured. Likely to be pilfered by some envious individual.

Wise people talk because they have something to say. Fools talk because they have to say something.

I thought about that too Harold. The current mount is out of sight in the back yard. After I decide on a paint scheme and get it painted I'll move it on a roof or perhaps the antenna mast.
