At the recent Midlands Model Engineering Exhibition was a superb model of the Rolls Royce Eagle engine.
Thought some of you might like to see it.
The builder, Barrington Hares, won a gold medal, the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and The Sir Henry Royce Trophy for the Pursuit of Excellence, with a model of the Rolls Royce Merlin engine, which was the cover illustration of Model Engineer.

Thanks for posting it. If you have more of the other engines at the meet. Please feel free to post them too.

Re: Rolls Royce models
No, it isnt complete, although the only work still required is, apparently, the inlet pipes and some incidental bits.
I would bet that these parts are virtually complete and that the finished, and working, model will be at the ME Exhibition at Sandown in December, where, i am certain, it will win another gold medal.
