Motor wiring

Does anyone have a schematic of the 4 terminal motor wiring for the Chinese HQ400 machine,or an explanation of page 7 in the instruction manual?
U1 and U2 are the start winding
L1 to V1, U1 and N to V2,U2 motor will run one direction
L1 to V1, U2 and N to V2, U1 motor will run in opposite direction
