I am getting ready to place an order for Okadee smoke box door hinges in 3/4" scale. A door casting set consists of (4) separate castings as shown below. Made from cast bronze, they are designed to fit a ø5.25" to ø5.5" smoke box.
Pricing is $125 post paid in the US and Canada.
I will place the order on January 23, so let me know by this date.
Delivery is ~3 weeks after receipt of order.
PM me if interested.
Thanks,
Brian Keim

How about getting rid of the print lines?

Hi Steamingdon,
The wax print lines are visible since I zoomed in with my camera. In my opinion, they are far smoother than a sand casting.
Regards,
Brian

Last call for hinge casting sets. I will place the order this weekend.
I made a set of pins for my set from ø3/16 SS turned down to ø3/32. Here is a picture of what they look like.

I received my hinges this weekend, and can say they are amazing! The print lines aren't that pronounced as the photos indicate. Once you put paint on them, you won't see them at all. Besides, you can't fabricate these any "cleaner" that what these are. Needless to say, I am very happy them.
On another note, I discovered that Brian also sells 3/4" scale Pyle National class lights. So, I bought a few pair. All I can say, is that these class lights are a work of art! Very, very nice! I highly recommend these to anyone.
I was finally smart, and bought enough now, because someday, they won't be available.
