Looking for a 1/6 or 1/8 Scale GE Transformer

Being new to this site, but not to the hobby, I am looking for a GE Large Power Transformer for a drop center flat car. Or the instructions for building one in 1/8 scale. Thanks for any help you can give me! Dick
