Caboose Marker Lights source?

Post by Solar1953 »

Bryte Rails seems to have closed up shop, and cannot seem to access Railroad Supply Corporation's website. Also Franklin Automatic's website is now inaccessible. Anyone have any other sources for Marker lights?

Railroad Supply Corp. caboose marker lights are the best. I have them on my wood caboose (built in 1980) and on all seven of my Baldwin/Westinghouse P.E. 1600 series freight motors. The new lights are easier to build now because of the one-piece bronze casting. The 35+ year old lights were multiple castings. Castings are like jewelry now. Excellent quality.

I ordered a set of FAMC directly from them about 2 months ago. I just called them up (the number is 615-371-0697) and talked to Joe Gaddes. Within a week I had my lights.

Do you have this email for RR Supply? rrscmike@myfairpoint.com

If no luck there contact me tomstamey@sbcglobal.net, as I might come up with another way.

Mike does not use computers for anything other than Inventor and CNC programs. Sending anything to this rrscmike@myfairpoint.com is a waste of time. Leaving voice mails is a waste of time. Call him at 603-891-6411 after 6pm as he does work full time

Use this email for RRSC. This is his son and he will respond. He also "mikadoguy" here on the board.
