Well I think they are one inch scale. They are too small for 1.5 inch.
If you know I am wrong, please jump in with corrections.
Part of my shop flush and I have no idea of where they came from.
There are ten Journal Boxes, but only seven Lids, along with what appears to be a bolster.
Price is $37.00 and I will pay for the flat rate box to ship.
Drop me a PM if you are interested.

Re: 1 Inch Journal Boxes
The lids look like the Nelson Gray injection molded lids common to 1 inch scale.
The castings appear to have the look of the Little Engines tender trucks for the 1 inch Atlantic and Pacific models.
The one inch scale journal box lids that Little Engines used to offer as castings to go with these journal boxes were long ago offered a matching brass and later in aluminum. Neither metal made for a nice casting with any detail of note. It is easy to see why someone wanted to upgrade to a more accurate looking journal box lid.
Years ago before the Nelson Gray lids were even an option, one was either going to have to use the Little Engines lid castings or step to the plate and make up a pattern for a lid that looked like the real deal. A custom made casting on the Little Engines journal box sure did get the attention of the one inch scale builders.

If no one else beat me to them, I'd like to purchase them. Give me your mailing address and I'll send you a check, thanks.
