Hi,

Here are a couple more:

ALCO
RS-3 Mainline Modeler August 1984

EMD
F-3 A&B Model Railroader Diesel Plan Package (rare)
FT A&B Model Railroader Diesel Plan Package (rare)

GE
44-Ton Model Railroader May 1955

There is also of course the Model Railroader Cyclopedia Volume 2 - Diesel Locomotives, which must have 75-100 different drawings.

Maineline Modeler also had drawings for the ALCO FA1, but unfortunately, I don't have a publication date.
