Casting On-Camera Host with Engineering/Machinist Background

We're seeking an on-camera host with an engineering / machinist background!
Are you a guy's guy who can't get enough of taking things apart and putting them back together? If so, we want to hear from you. Major cable network in search of a male host, 30-50-years-old, with a hands-on engineering background (mechanical engineers, machinists, fabricators, auto mechanics), knowledge of how things work, and a love for blowing stuff up. The host will explore the science and technology behind everyday products, looking at what makes or breaks a new invention. Must have a sense of humor, a talent for guy-speak and the ability to translate technical language into easily understood layman's terms. Big personalities wanted, and we want to hear about your crazy inventions or workshops!
