Chip Tray for Mill-Drill

This is probably a pretty straightforward job if you have a means to bend metal plate. I purchased a cabinet stand for my mill-drill. Now I would like to place a chip tray on it. I attached a not-to-scale drawing of what I would like to have constructed.
I do not have the metal that is specified, but I can either pay to have it shipped to you or you can purchase/sell it to me if you have the stock on hand or a local source.

I made a reasonable chip tray for my little 6x18 Atlas lathe from an inverted metal shelf used in one of the common metal 2 door cabinets.
17 inches by 36
Not perfect but good enough for the price.

Why do you prefer cold rolled sheet metal over hot rolled?

There should be plenty of places locally you could try. I've used Chardon Welding occasionally for services, nice people there. SpeeDee Metals in Willoughby I'm sure could help you out too. Just a thought Z

Thanks for your suggestions. I did go local. I went with Nel-Ack Sheet Metal in Painesville. Very reasonable. One major on-line retailer wanted $200+ and that was before shipping! Redneck, I wanted CRS due to its smoother finish than HRS. Just a matter of preference.

Maybe not notch the corners at 90 degrees, less so the sides are at angles?
