He must have been an interesting man. I knew of him only from his posts and whenever I saw his icon while skimming a thread I read his note carefully and followed many of the links he provided. I believe I've appreciated the forum much more because of his insights. I hope your family and his friends can tolerate the loss and feel some support knowing that he made a positive contribution in at least a small corner of the Internet.

Old friend, time will erase the lines of conversation,
and your seat wont be filled in my circle, your absence noted.
But I will remember, to the end of my time, the essence of you.
Big Dave, former Millwright, Electrician, Environmental conditioning, and back yard Fixxit guy. Now retired, persuing boats, trains, and broken relics.
We have enough youth, how about a fountain of Smart. My computer beat me at chess, but not kickboxing
It is not getting caught in the rain, its learning to dance in it. People saying good morning, should have to prove it.

Dave said it. This isn't some one week or one month remembrance. I know he cannot help us on the board now.. Yet, his spirit has ignited many to help others the way he would.

Well said Spro. And I'd bet Ken would have liked that.

Somehow I overlooked this thread on my last visit to this site. I'm really sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I was one of those beneficiaries of his research and assistance both directly and indirectly. He will be missed. RIP Ken.

I'm sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I haven't been on this forum for a while, but something prompted me to log on this morning & check up on what was going on...can't add much new to what has already been said about Ken, but his library of information was amazing to me, as was his graciousness & willingness to help. A fine guy-condolences to your family.

Thank you so much Pete,
