PM will tolerate people who join to buy stuff. It's the people who are only there to sell that get banned.

Stay in the South Bend group, talk about South Bend stuff, and you're fine. Just don't talk about import stuff!!

The SB parts guys pay fairly close attention to enquiries make there....

Even worse than imports; don't talk about Atlas!

You're welcome to try here also:

I don't know who follows it, but someone may be able to help you out. And you can mention Atlas! :-)

spro, have you tried Boston Gear? They have change gears for the Craftsman/Atlas and perhaps something that would fit the SB. You'd have to know the pitch to look it up, though.

You may want to try this place. Their website says they have a lot of SB parts.

Hi Randall. I glad you found your gears. Because of this thread, I checked out Lost Creek again. They have a lot of good stuff there. Lathes are reasonable. The Sheldon 13" and others are on sale now and even a 1942 Monarch 10EE.
