Acra turn lathe info help

Most all the lathes I have used have those thread cutting charts attached to the front of the gearbox,
and/or inside the end cover of the headstock which protects the inch/metric change gears and their mounts.
If those are missing, you will need the operating manual for reference.

You use the qc gear box once you setup for metric.

While 2mm is not shown on the box chart...convert it to inches and try the gearbox settings on either side of the imperial value

Write them down. I lost my metric thread chart 35+ years ago in a move.

Not that I actually need it...

Although I live in the metric world at work, never cut one on one on my crank handle lathes

Perhaps this will help

it shows the change gears and relationship between inch and metric setting on the qc settings

may not be exactly the same for your lathe -> but then...just maybe a ratio is a ratio...
