I made the mistake of photographing it as it roared by. I should have used the tripod and remote trigger because I missed seeing all the motion which is considerable. The ground quakes as it passes by. I think it was doing 60 mph or more.

Seeing a Big Boy steaming by is on my bucket list.
I never thought I'd ever have that opportunity.
Quite amazing that the UP Steam Program made it happen!
