Talk about an out-pf-date reference. :D In the section on steel making, no mention is made of the electric furnace process, which is commonly used to produce the high grade alloys. That tells me this book is a revision of a much earlier work, as the electric furnace process was developed around 1910, if memory correctly serves me.
