Here are some more photos of the K-36 build. Some items I finished awhile ago. Smoke box Okadee hinges, blower check valve and the beginnings of the head light.

I am way behind on getting progress posted. Here are a few photos of the work being done. first photo is cab interior, a lot of work yet to do. Number 2 photo shows the back of the cab with oak flooring. Third photo shows progress on the walkways on the side of the locomotive. Last photo shows a petticoat pipe which is a stainless exhaust pipe expander (2 1/2" to 4") I plan on cutting the bottom off at the black mark.

The oak flooring is lapped ! Now there is a subtle detail which speaks volumes about the level quality Jeff is putting into this loco. Nicely Done.

Hello all. Here are some more catch up photos of the K-36 build. I have been adding walkways and started some plumbing. Trying to plumb from A to B without running into anything can be tricky, especially if that something isn't there yet. I wish this site would let me place the photos the correct position.

Try rotating the photos in your local software and then saving them there before posting. That should do it. I like a photo viewer called Photo Mechanic. It's not an editor but it's for sorting, labeling and filing images, and was designed by a photojournalist. It will let you rotate the JPEGs to match the previews. It's very fast.

Hi Greg, I do rotate them in my files, but when I down load them to the post it rotates them back. Thanks for your input.
