Surprising Craigslist find

Not sure what to make of this, but it is certainly Grand Scale. Wonder if it could be converted back to original?

A little locomotive with 4 wheels on the track is a lot more fun
than a 1/2 finished one with 16 wheels on the bench!

There has been quite a bit of discussion about this train on other lists. Wintons are nice locos and now somewhat available from Mammoth Locomotive Works in Colorado, if you can get ahold of them. It is rumored the owner is older and in poor health.

I guess they want $45,000 for this set which would be a good price for a good condition amusement ride, but this one has been sitting for a while....
