15” gauge live steam RR crane

Post by Glenn Brooks » Fri May 17, 2019 1:24 am

I’ve been interested in building a scale model Rr crane for quite some time. So periodically do some research to find examples and drawings. This evening found this 15” gauge live steam powered RR crane recently for sale in the UK on eBay. Apparently the listing just ended (Ap, 2019). Looks like someone put an exceptional amount of labor and detail into the build.

Hopefully this link will open the page that has additional photos.

Apparently it didn’t sell, as It’s no longer listed. I just thought it was a very cool grand scale build. I’d love to re construct something like this...
