Selling old sets Live Steam or Modeltec Mags?

Post by Kimball McGinley »

How well does this go? Do they ever sell? I am under pressure to clean out the home library and hate to just put them in the recycling if somebody would want them. Not trying to make a killing, basically cover shipping and such. Comments?

I have bought many issues of Live Steam and Modeltec off of Ebay, so yes they can sell. I tend to only buy complete year sets rather than individual issues.

I would be interested in Live Steam magazines from recent years if you have them. I am most interested in the articles about the Tom Thumb written by Bill Shields in the 2014 to present issues.

I might also be interested in issues from 2009-2012 if they are available.

Thanks,

Jon Etheredge

I would be interested in anything prior to 1974.

I can find an entire set of the Tom Thumb magazines if you are interested...have quite a few stacked up around the house.
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

Rather than selling them, why not give them to a young person with an interest in the hobby?

Thanks to all that replied. Since there does seem to be enough interest, I will look them over to see what I have. Ken: Good one on the pre-1974! In the last few years I have not kept any LS+OR issues...
