Has anyone out there had any luck find a roll former that has hat sections that can be used for a frame of a car? I am thinking about 2" tall x 1.5 wide.
The idea is to be a little more prototypical than using 1x2 tube.
The picture is a cushion sill from a N&W caboose in N.Carolina.

This can be done in a box and pan brake pretty easily
