Software Maintenance Day--Jan 13 or 14th

Post by dorin »

It is time to do some maintenance on the software.
It may be very quick or it may take all day!
Let us hope for the quick.

I need to research everything that needs to be done, but by Jan 13 or 14th, I will have to bring the system down for a little bit.

Thank you everybody! Let us hope everything goes smoothly!

Does that include oiling around the server? :D

I don't know if the software maintenance is specific to a forum or encompasses the entire board,
but could the tiny pop up preview of a thread be set to show a few lines of the thread rather than
a generic "unread posts" ?

Just let go of it, it will eventually unplug itself.
