I have sent an email to Southland requesting pricing and availability of this pipe, since they are in Alabama, which is not to far from me. Tioga is in Philadelphia, I believe.
The only other option I have found is 7.5” DOM tubing from Speedy Metals.

Check with some of our hobby's boiler providers.
They might have the required material in stock.

I live about an hour north of Philadelphia. So the Dom is about the only option?
I'm no machinist, but I do own a drill press .

No, steamingdon indicated that the 7” pipe may be obtainable from Tioga, who are in Philadelphia. Seven-inch pipe is 7.625” outside diameter. DOM tubing from Speedy metals is 7.50” o.d. and does not have the same certification (SA106 B) as the pipe. Which is not to say that a boiler cannot be built from it, just that it is not code-rated material.
Perhaps you could contact Tioga to see if they could supply the pipe, and what the minimum quantity would be. The Philadelphia regional center # is 215-831-0700.

A well driller I knew used 7" OD casing. He was able to buy random lengths with beveled ends cheaper than 6" sch. 40. I think the 7" casing is common in the oil patch.

I’ve contacted Tioga, and they do currently have this pipe (7.625 o.d. schedule 40 SA106 B) in stock. It runs about $52/foot, with a $250 minimum order. There is also a cutting charge and freight from PA to destination.

I also contacted Southland, and they confirmed that they cannot supply the 7” pipe. So, I ordered some from Tioga, and it should be shipped tomorrow.

The pipe has arrived! Six feet X 7.625” o.d. schedule 40 pipe with certifications for A106B. Cost was about $250 plus $150 freight. Thanks, Steamingon, for the lead on where it could be purchased.

YES IT IS. So is 9". So is 11". It's used for oil well casing. I bought some 7" sched 40 A106B about 3 years ago. Not easy to find but doable.
