Not sure I understand what you are asking.
They both perform different functions, but can be the same type of valve.

Yes both steam valves so they can be the same valve basically?

A blower valve is usually an adjustable valve so that the blower can be regulated. An Injector valve can be like a blower valve but usually is either on or off. Most injector valves are a push-pull valve and are either on or off and can't be regulated like a screwed valve can.

The valve you would use for a blower can be used for an Injector, and in my opinion on-off/quick start valves should not be used for injectors. They greatly limit an injector’s performance. They have a huge range of capacity when using a regulating steam valve, and even the lifting type will prime more reliably with a slow startup of steam, especially when hot. They start much better when water is allowed to run through them for a second before opening the steam valve fully.

You can of course use a quick start valve, but I see no benefit.

On full sized injectors, Injector valves are different from blower valves because they feature a priming position. This allows the valve to be opened partially to prime the injector before opening fully.

I have used screw valves for 3 different makes of injectors and they all worked fine.
