ASR Reading 2100 Update

Post by Rob Gardner »

Folks,

I know it's been a while since I've posted an update here on our progress on the Reading 2100 here in Cleveland. This winter we continue to make steady progress. We are less than $11,000.00 away from completing the firebox work and $900.00 away from having two brand new firedoors. To all our supporters and members of Chaski who have contributed in the past, thank you! Your support is much appreciated and we hope you'll contribute again via an annual membership, purchase of one or more raffle tickets for your shot at a custom painted HO scale Broadway Limited 2100 in the classic Reading freight scheme or any one of a number of really cool T-1 related pieces of merchandise from our online store. Check out all the latest news and video updates here:

P.S...and we're not even trying to rebuild a railroad to run her on! (Though we do wish our friends at the WMSR all the success in the world in getting 1309 in service and back on the road!)

Sincerely,

Rob Gardner
