Power Model Supply Duplex Steam Pump Drawings

Post by one_inch_railroad »

A friend of mine is looking for a copy of the original drawings for the Power Model Supply Duplex steam pump. The drawings he currently has are not original and it looks like they were made by dismantling one of the pumps and creating a drawing from that. He would really like a copy of the original drawings if anyone would be able to make a copy.

Are you referring to the duplex pump sold (long ago) by Cole's Power Model Supply?
That's the name I know of associated with it.

Power model supply sold the Van Brocklin Duplex pump drawings and materials to make said pump. The drawings they sold have the C.A. Street & Son. stamped on the drawings which were purchased from Bill Van Brocklin. These drawings are more like sketches than engineering drawings. The pump can be made from these drawings, as I built over 40 to those specs. P.M for copies of drawings.

1" scale VanBrocklin (Power Model Supply) duplex patterns and original drawings are at FRIENDS MODELS. Drawings and castings, materials, available.

FRIENDS also has the 1" scale duplex VB pump with the outside levers, that was formerly sold by Allen Models.
