Canadian National Decals?

I am looking to either find a source for a high resolution image of the following logo that I can turn into a decal or find someone who makes decals to order.

I need 2 of these about 3" in size to put on the tender of my locomotive. Anyone know where to go about getting one of these? The few photos I can find online of the logo are either on the back of existing railroad tenders or are just too blurry to make anything out of.
