Introduction

Post by BobbyT »

Hello,

My name is Bobby, I have been a large scale modeler for over 10 years. I just bought my first used mill (Index 55) and I am just learning how to make chips. I have a LE 0-6-0 that is propane fired. I have the beginnings of a LE Pacific on the bench in the shop. I really never expected to own a steamer, but through the persistance and generosity of good friends, I am now able to call myself a Live Steamer :D
Currently I am involved with the building of Pete B's, Buckingham Central RR in South Florida.
Here is a picture of my baby:

Bobby,
Glad to see you're having fun, making progress and making chips. Tell Pete the "Rutland" said HI! He'll understand...or at least he should. Carl B.

Carl! Thank you for the warm greeting. I will tell Pete. I do believe he still holds a warm spot in his heart for that locomotive. I know he is happy it is in the hands of someone that loves it as much as he.

Hey, Bobby! Glad you found your way over. Say hi to the Buckinghams for me.

Greg, when are you going to convince SWMBO that a trip to the deep south is needed, say around the last week of February? Tell her its for medicinal reasons. ;p
