Mini and MicroMini Mills

Has anyone here converted one of the mini or micro mini imported mills to CNC?

I don't know if this answer counts, but I took off the native system and motors from a Dynamechtronics DM2400 and replace it with 3 motors from Flashcut. The gearing is too fine, i.e. the motors run too fast for the screws so you can only get an effective feed rate of 2 feet per minute. However, it works and I've done quite a bit of work on it. The conversion was not difficult.
