Choice of 3D CAD prog

Hey Monte,

Yes & Yes, the lettering can be either raised or engraved, but I know that I have to leave the door open for graphics as well...

Initially very simple Icon type stuff, but as I gain skills I'm sure that there is a market for more detailed work with the text. And there will always be basic parts that I'll want to crank-out...

If it was just flat singe cut type stuff I'd stick with Corel Draw, as I can get around reasonably well with it, but it doesn't support a Z-axis... I could layer numerous 2D drawing and have to patch-up the Gcode, but that may be far too ambitious as I've yet to make a stepper turn...

Again thanks to all for the replies, I'm getting a better feel for the market.
