Uploading Picture

Aloha, I am trying to upload a picture to the welding forum but it only accepts gif or jpg files. I took
some pictures with my camera and saved them to my documents in my computer and the only
options that it gives me in the save type are tif. awd. and bmp. and no jpg. I am using Windows 98
and my browser is netscape communicator and any help will be appreciated. TIA.

Unfortunately, because of virus concerns those are the only two (most common) formats allowed.
