Beginner's Project

Post by KellyJones »

Finished a beginner's project this morning. Made a sine plate following Guy Lataurd's guidance in the Machinist's Bedside Reader. First picture is the drawing. I should probably learn to use TurboCad, but that's time way from the machines.

Still haven't figured out the controls for the forum

More pictures

The dial indicator says the top of the plate is true and flat within 0.005". Probably good enough for my use.
