Does anyone know of a source or if it's still available? For those that don't know about it, it is a 2 part filler mat'l using aluminum powder & a liquid. I remember my father using it in the late 60s/early 70s. More recently I used it @ my workplace about 15 years ago. I was using it to fill a low spot on an alum' rail where drive wheels were wearing the alum' upon acceleration.
Checking online the only results I get for Metolux is for wood fillers.
I thought of this last night when using Por15's Motorcycle Repair Kit. The sealer (before mixing) used in the kit reminded me of the Metolux product.
TIA

Re: Metolux Filler
I've not heard of it, but Epicast is a metallic/epoxy based structural adhesive/filler, and Hysol has one as well. Both have MIL Spec numbers and a tensile strength rating.
Not inexpensive though...
