To all the live steaming veterans out there in Chaski-land...THANKS for your service!

Enjoy a day of railroading wherever you can find some track. GET STEAMED! :D Have a great day. Carl B.

Thank you veterans!

Much fun was had at the Memorial Day at the Finger lakes Live Steamers! The video is a complete run around the 1" scale track, it takes about 9 minutes to do the entire circuit. - David

I am going to add your track to 'must be visited' as soon as I finish my 1" project...or at least have it running (finished is a very nebulous term with me). sometimes I run a loco for 3-4 years before I decide how I want it and get around to painting it.

Harold was always speaking highly (and loudly) highly of your facilities..

Hi Bill,

Yes, "finished" is a matter of perspective. The more I run my locomotive, the farther off ever painting it seems. A million things to be tweaked and adjusted. It is al least running, and that is the important, (and fun) thing.

I do hope you bring whatever you have running to the FLLS track someday!

will most likely have something that runs by that time. bashing boiler now -> will have done by labor day (goal). That gives me the winter to finish the tender..
