85th Anniversary Meet at Montreal - Reminder
We hope to see many of our live steam brothers at our annual meet to celebrate with us, 85 years as a club. We existed before that for a few years as part of the Montreal Model Engineering Society. The live steam fellows set out on their own as the boat enthusiasts had Beaver Lake and the ponds in Lafontaine Park, the airplane pilots had the open skies but the "railroaders" had no tracks.
Bring your locomotives and trains for day & night running, projects for display & discussion, items for the Swap Table.
Dates are June 28 to July 1st (Canada Day)
The location is 1396 Chemin du fleuve, Les Cèdres QC Canada
Tracks are 7-1/4" g. ground, 3-1/2" & 4-3/4" elevated highline with unloading facilities for both.
Free camping without electric power.
Limited edition t-shirts will be available on site.

I will be driving over from Michigan. Are there any toll roads to watch out for in Quebec, like the 407 in Ontario?

I will be there Saturday afternoon. Since Larry (and Don of course) is going to be there, I figured that this will be my one and only time to see Larry (and Don of course) so I had better go. Save me a 2xl shirt.
