Saving pages

Greetings!
One big problem with the internet is that it's all as permanent as the websites that live on it. For my projects, one of the first things I do is to check this site to see if there is information to help keep me from reinventing the wheel. Sometimes I'll grab a snip of a picture or some text and shove it into a powerpoint deck with related information. But sometimes I want to save an entire thread.

I've tried various things, but have settled on the not very good solution of printing the page to Adobe and saving those. File-Save Page As does a terrible job so I don't do that anymore. But Chaski seems to be unique in that respect. File-Save Page As works great on most other websites. What is it about Chaski that is unique?

Is there a better way to archive information? From Websites in general? Daris Nevil and I were chatting about this because IBLS is another great information website. We didn't see a solution.

I'm of the illiterate group when it comes to computers, but it is possible that the owner of the Chaski site may have an answer for you. I'll bring this post to his attention, and Marty's attention as well. Both of them know far more than I do.

You may want to try Print, as opposed to Save / Save As, and print as a PDF,
it won't print paper but will create a PDF file on your computer.
I work on a Mac but it should work on a PC since saving as a PDF
is ubiquitous now.

Printing to Adobe is my current solution. One problem is that is that the pictures are locked into the size of the page - there is no clicking on it to expand it for a better view.

I have been trying to see what else might work.

Microsoft suggests using Onenote.
They have some info here:

I have not had a chance to try it, so not sure how well it works. It also seems you need Internet Explorer.
