Man o man, what a project! and I feel good getting the Rumely started a couple times a year!
A real team accomplishment by a group of humble guys. I so appreciate the effort it takes to get a project like that completed in an age when there are countless distractions. I often wonder if there is an end to my locomotive and it's 1/8 the size!!
Great video Glenn, thanks for posting it.

Glenn has way too much confidence in my ability, or so it seems.
What an overwhelming project that was.
Thanks for the links, Glenn.

I thought that "3D printing sand molds" sounded a bit interesting! Haven't had the chance to research that a bit.

Yep! That is interesting.
I suspect the printer isn't cheap.
Thanks!

From the little I know of Harold (from his posts on here only) I suspect his project would be the smallest steam tractor not the biggest

I did get a quote on doing a cylinder block for a locomotive using the printed sand mold method. $5500 each, minimum order of 3. No Thanks.

Nice video, I haven’t got to see the 150, but I saw a demonstration of the wheel riveting and have met Kory.

I also looked into getting a cylinder block for a 3" scale loco sand cast, 1 pc, $15,000 range.
