Under the edit box should be a couple of tabs. Default / first tab is "Options". The adjacent tab is "Attachments". Click that and then click "Add files" then browse in the subsequent pop-up window to your images on your computer to select and add them.

Edit: I think you have to select the full editor first, not use the quick reply.

Thanks for your comments, Torch. I had overlooked the fact that there is a Quick Reply box. One must be using the Full Editor and Preview in order to add attachments (images).

To pick it up and move ot a short distance, use a hydraulic engine crane, if you must move it very far, put it on a cart with HD wheels, and use the crane again to set it in place.
