****UPDATE**** I found the "Pennsylvania A3" book and am still looking for "Building the New Shay". Thanks for the help.

If you would like to cull your library I’d love to purchase the Kozo Hiraoka "Building The New Shay," but can't find it elsewhere. The interweb comes up dry.

If you haven't yet seen it on Youtube, check out "Blondihacks", as she constructs the PRR A3 from scratch. Her given name is Quinn, and she's a damn fine machinist. Even if you don't build the model, the series is interesting and enjoyable to follow.
