1" scale 4 3/4" gauge Pacific

Post by Marty_Knox »

I have a 1" scale 4 3/4" gauge Pacific that I would like to sell. It has Friends cylinders and Baker valve gear. It has a Rushton trailing truck and a Steam Age boiler. It could use a new throttle. If it doesn't sell I will strip it down and rebuild it. The tender has Little Engines Andrews trucks with half-brass bearings. One journal box lid is missing and the wheelsets need work. They drop in between the rails of my stand. There is a hand pump in the tender. No other means of supplying water is included. An Eccentric Engineer small injector would work well. I am in Freeland Michigan.

I would consider interesting trades as part payment for this locomotive.

I should have been more specific - I would consider trades of large scale railroad equipment, preferably 7 1/2" gauge.

I'm ready to take this apart and rebuild it. Once I do, the price will go up.
