Microcosm M18 Engine now running !!!!

Microcosm M18 Engine now running !!!!

I received this from Microcosm a year or so ago, out of the box it ran for around 15-20 seconds and I was never able to get it going again. I posted a couple of help vids on Youtube and Rodnoc (Jon) wrote me a very detailed checklist to work through and fix and try a few things. So I'm very happy to be able to post this video of finally a very well running M18, its gone from a shelf queen to a great runner....big thanks to Rodnoc!!!

Good job getting it operational. Thanks for posting the video, which I rather enjoyed.

Agreed!
Interesting how the engine rpm increased as it warmed up.
Implies it was originally running with a rich mixture.

Hi Russ, I'm much more into live steam. These little engines are very interesting to me, but I don't know a lot about running them yet.
